The Children & Young People Now Show 2009 will feature over 25 interactive sessions including workshops, panel debates and master classes designed to provide essential guidance for visitors, based on key elements of The Children's Plan:

Children's Centres and Extended Schools

With the 2010 deadline for building and developing a children's centre and extended school in every community fast approaching, local authorities and their partners are turning their attention to ensuring the long-term sustainability of their settings and services. Featured workshops include:
